Paddington: "Paddy" is a very loving and friendly newfy. He is 2 1/3 years old and weighs 123 pounds. He loves to be right by your side. He is great with children, other dogs and is friendly with everyone. He is protective when it comes to his family but he won't bite. He doesn't have a mean bone in his body but looks very intimidating to someone who is unfriendly. Paddy is totally house trained, will not jump the fence and is up to date on his shots and heartworm meds. Paddy does not take food off of the counter, does not climb on the furniture and is obedient. He has been trained to 'sit, lay, stay' and other commands. He loves to go for walks but a gentle leader must be used as he is very strong. Paddy also needs continuous brushing as he sheds year round. Paddy is the perfect furry, black teddy bear. He is a 'big' responsibility and he's looking for that special family to be a part of. 8/27/2010

Pistol Pete: (Special Needs; * NO Cats or Horses! *) Don't be fooled by this handsome boy's name. He is a 90 pound 2 year old with great manners and a sweet disposition. He is gentle with kids and other dogs but does not take kindly to cats or horses! He came to us from a shelter in South Sioux City and just wants a family to call his own. Fancy: She is a 1 year old rough coat that came to us from Kansas City. Fancy was neglected but has a very sweet demeanor and loves kids. She weighs 76 pounds and needs to put on about 30 pounds. Fancy will need lots of TLC to get her nurtured back to health. 8/27/2010

Brody: - Brody is a handsome 4 year old. He has a gentle soul and wants to wrap his body around yours for attention. He currently weighs 110 pounds but needs to put on another 20. 8/27/2010

Ladybug: is a 2-3 year old Saint mix who weighs in about 90 lbs. She is always happy and likes to please. She has a dominant personality but generally gets along with other dogs and doesn't bother the cats. She lives for affection. This sweet girl is waiting for you to take her home. 1/18/2010
