Illinois Saint Bernard Rescue is looking for temporary, loving foster homes for homeless Saints in the Chicagoland Area and surrounding cities. If interested, please contact Emily Jones at 217-825-5243.

Max: This sweet young man came to us after his owner fell on hard times and could no longer care for him. He is 8-9 months old and will be a rather tall boy. He is good with other dogs, cats, and children although would be best in a home with older children as he is just a rambunctious child himself. He enjoys going for walks, is good in the car, and is learning new manners everyday. He really is a great boy! This adoption will have a mandatory enrollment is an obedience course as part of the adoption contract due to age and size of dog. 1/5/2012

Maggie:
his sweet girl came to us because her owners had financial difficulties and could no longer care for her.  She is 3 years old.  She plays well with her foster brother and sister in the yard and comes when called.  She is good in the car and has good manners.  She will make great addition to any family.

Lexie: This sweet 5 year old came to us after her owners fell on hard times. She is very sweet and gets along well with others. She does have a luxating patella (knee cap) that does cause her to sometimes limp. She is very active and loves to go for walks. She would make a great addition to any family.

Boris: This handsome 14 month old male that was rescued from a Central Illinois shelter. He is house trained and loves to play. He is great with kids, other dogs, is crate trained and is working on walking better on a leash. He will require obedience training classes as part of his adoption contract as his previous owners did not teach him proper manners. His foster parents are working with him daily and he is a very fast learner!  He loves his chewies and toys. He is great on car rides. He would make a great addition to any house.
